Emmy Hufnagel is an attorney at Bass Law Firm, P.C. She practices in the areas of business law, estates and trusts, oil and gas, real estate and civil litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a staff attorney at Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, where she continues to serve as a pro bono attorney.

Emmy is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma Courts and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Canadian County Bar Association. Emmy also serves on the Board of Directors of Senior Law Resource Center, a low-cost legal services organization for central Oklahoma. She received her B.S. in Economics from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Emmy also studied law at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
